Refund Policy
We aim to be transparent about when refunds are possible and how they are processed.
Eligibility
- Service delivery has not begun within 72 hours of confirmed payment
- We are unable to deliver the service due to technical limitations
- The service delivered is significantly different from what was ordered
Request Process
- Contact support within 30 days of your order and include the reason for the request
- Provide your order number plus any supporting screenshots or documentation
- Our team reviews the request within 2-3 business days and replies with next steps
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Exclusions
- Services have been successfully delivered as described
- Your Instagram account became private, suspended, or deleted after delivery began
- You changed your Instagram username without notifying us during fulfillment
- Follower fluctuations caused by Instagram’s own algorithms
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the order date

Service Delivery
Delivery typically begins within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Timelines vary depending on package size, Instagram throttling, and service load. We communicate any unexpected delays immediately.
Account Requirements
Your Instagram account must remain public throughout fulfillment. If an account becomes private, suspended, or deleted, delivery may pause without refund.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee high-quality engagement from real, active accounts. We cannot guarantee specific engagement rates or retention outcomes because Instagram’s algorithms change frequently.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Flexlike services for the following:
- Illegal or disallowed content per Instagram’s Terms of Service
- Harassment, spam, or other malicious activity
- Accounts promoting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Flexlike is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and never request Instagram passwords. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately once published on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in Latvian courts.
